Through the organizations he founded or revitalized, Jim rallied thousands of volunteers, oversaw multiple staff teams, started and implemented programs and outreaches aimed at underserved communities, dedicated significant time to community leadership development, and worked in partnership with businesses and foundations to improve the lives of the disadvantaged. Additionally, he effectively managed several multi-million-dollar budgets.

He also created and implemented leadership programs that have greatly impacted numerous individuals. As a consultant and mentor, he has guided business executives and countless others in their quest for personal and professional development. Jim has experience leading four churches, delivering sermons in over 500 churches, conducting more than 7,000 Bible studies, preaching evangelistic messages in public spaces, and establishing discipleship programs that have influenced the lives of many new believers.
